Mr. Neeraj Madan is a well known and respected name in Nepal in the field of investigation and has a very good network of sources. He possesses a vast knowledge and experience of handling civil, criminal, Corporate, IPR and personal investigations. Currently he is the Managing Director of Paragon Networks and Paragon Investigations both Private Detective agencies in New Delhi, India.

He is a Diploma in Private Investigation, Ballistics, Identifications and Forensic Science from The Indian Detective Institute (year 1989) and has about 26 years of investigative knowledge and experience. He has also worked as a consultant on Logistics with Save the Children Sweden (SCS) a United Nations affiliated Sweden's organization.

He was bestowed upon the “Kautilya” award in 200 by All India Private Detective Association for being the National Investigator of the Year.
